1. Company Information
Unfreeze Asia Ltd ("Unfreeze", "we", "us", "our") is a limited company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ("Hong Kong").
These Legals govern your access to and use of any website, web portal or online service operated by Unfreeze that links to them (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Legals.
2. Scope & Acceptance
These Legals comprise our Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, Cookie Notice, and other mandatory disclosures required under applicable law. Additional contractual terms may apply to specific services or commercial agreements and will prevail in the event of any conflict.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, software code and the underlying database (collectively, "Content")—is owned by or licensed to Unfreeze and protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law or by prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, reverse‑engineer or otherwise exploit any Content.
4. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the Site solely for legitimate business purposes related to evaluating or engaging our original‑design‑manufacturing (ODM), electronic‑manufacturing‑services (EMS) and related engineering offerings. You shall not:
- interfere with the security or performance of the Site;
- introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
- harvest or collect information about other users without lawful basis; or
- use the Site in a manner that infringes any third party’s rights or violates applicable law.
5. Confidentiality & Non‑Disclosure
Any non‑public information disclosed by either party through the Site in connection with a potential or existing commercial engagement shall be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Privacy Statement
6.1 Lawful Basis & Principles
We process personal data strictly in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO"). We collect, use and retain only the personal data that is strictly necessary for the execution of our mission: delivering customised design, engineering and manufacturing services, Quality Assessment, Testing Services or Contracted services by designated customers.
6.2 Categories of Data
- Customers & Prospective Customers: identification details, professional contact information, contractual documents, project specifications and necessary financial particulars.
- Suppliers & Partners: contact information, compliance certifications, payment details.
- Website Visitors: technical identifiers (e.g. IP address, device type) and analytics data collected via cookies or similar technologies.
6.3 Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for:
- Contractual performance – designing, manufacturing, shipping and supporting products;
- Business administration – invoicing, supply‑chain coordination, regulatory filings;
- Legal compliance – sanctions screening, export‑control checks, tax and audit obligations;
- Security – protecting our infrastructure, detecting fraud or abuse.
6.4 Data Retention
- Customers & Suppliers: retained until completion or termination of the relevant contract plus three (3) years, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. statutory limitation, tax regulations).
- Anonymous Visitors & Analytics: retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above and subsequently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6.5 Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Hong Kong, we ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with PDPO requirements and, where relevant, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6.6 Data Subject Rights
Individuals have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data held by us, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests may be sent to privacy@unfreeze.hk.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Legals excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. Subject to the foregoing, Unfreeze shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unfreeze, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or violation of these Legals.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Legals shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legals or your use of the Site.
13. Variation of Legals
We may amend these Legals at any time by posting the updated version on the Site, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
